The House was born from a simple idea a restaurant that doesn't feel like one. Concrete poured by hand, wood salvaged from old doors, dried wildflowers that shift with the seasons. The kitchen runs on slow technique: bread proofed overnight, labneh strained twice, coffee pulled to order.
